Q: I have recently registered as a member to TopTradingInfo.com, but I can’t log into the website. Why is that?

2. The Registration Confirmation email went to the Junk Mail folder in your email account.
For some reason, the confirmation email goes to the Junk Mail folder in your email account. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, look for it in your Junk Mail folder instead.
3. You might have misspelled your email address while you were registering.
You can try to register again. If you still don’t receive the confirmation email after registration, please call us at 1-888-882-8856/415-901-0322 or email service@toptradinginfo.com to verify your email address.

A: Yes, we notify our logged-in Platinum members whenever there is an update of trading information available on TopTradingInfo.com. Remember to turn on your speakers and adjust to a volume that you can hear well when you are browsing our website. The notification is a beep that lasts for 6 seconds.
